underwhelming stay due to several issues
low pressure faulty air conditioning
The shower was a nightmare due to low water pressure. It took forever to rinse off. the air conditioning seemed faulty. It would work for only short bursts. plus, the lack of tissue paper in the room was pretty annoying. i had to constantly call down to reception to get it replenished.

decent stay in a small room
helpful staff blackout blind limited space air conditioner
i appreciated the helpful and cute staff. the hotel's proximity to the station was also convenient. the laundry and gym facilities were useful for my stay. the room had a blackout blind , so i slept well.
the room was small , i knew this. i found it difficult to open my suitcase due to the limited space. the air conditioner did not work well for short periods. the air conditioning stopped for a long time so the room got very hot.

the staff were helpful and friendly. i found the english skills were excellent, especially helpful when navigating the area. the location was also ideal, close to everything i needed. the water pitcher in the shared utility room was very useful too.

The hotel is located next to parco shopping mall. Many dining options are nearby. it is also a short walk to shibuya crossing and the train station. harajuku's park and shopping street are a walkable distance too.

The hotel is close to the station. Staff helped with luggage forwarding. The laundry room proved very useful. The hotel was clean.
The music in the lobby was a bit loud.

The hotel is near Parco. It is within walking distance of main streets in Shibuya. Several metro stations are about 10 minutes away. This is very convenient for exploring the area.
