the staff were helpful and friendly. i found the english skills were excellent, especially helpful when navigating the area. the location was also ideal, close to everything i needed. the water pitcher in the shared utility room was very useful too.

The hotel is located next to parco shopping mall. Many dining options are nearby. it is also a short walk to shibuya crossing and the train station. harajuku's park and shopping street are a walkable distance too.

The staff were helpful. I appreciated that.
The air conditioning barely worked. It would run for short periods and then stop. This made the room very hot because I couldn't open a window. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. It was difficult to shower properly.

The hotel is close to the station. Staff helped with luggage forwarding. The laundry room proved very useful. The hotel was clean.
The music in the lobby was a bit loud.

The hotel is near Parco. It is within walking distance of main streets in Shibuya. Several metro stations are about 10 minutes away. This is very convenient for exploring the area.
